We also have luxury houses to sell near the sea in Porto and we lease a Pub space for events, parties or expositions in the heart of Ribeira, in the historic centre of Oporto.
You just have to call us and we offer a space totally fit to your needs and tastes in many places. The mensual rent includes the decoration service, all the furniture and equipment, kitchen complete, electricity, water and central heating, clothes and kitchen utensils, parking, cable tv, community, vigilance and security service, cleaning service, clothes treatment and leisure area.
We lease for periods of minimum three days or one month and you can stay for the time you wish and pay as you can, having at your disposal an exclusive maintenance service. For superior stays to one month, we offer till 50% discount, with contractual flexibilities, without pledge nor adittional expenses.
Our main aim is also the economic viability of restoration projects of old buildings located in historic areas like in Porto, V. N. Gaia or even Maia and in Lisbon and also abroad, like Spain. We are interested in finding proprietors to make a partnership, mixing the rehabilitation of the building with our know-how in the lease of spaces to live in.
